Patient registered without a card can be assigned a card later on by the practice staff. Just follow the steps below to assign a card to already registered patient. 

Step 1: While you're logged into the staff portal, click on the "Dashboard" tab on the left sidebar navigation. 


Step 2: Enter the name, email, username or phone number of the patient you want to search and click on the blue “Search” button.



Step 3: Once you have located the patient you were searching for, click on the patient’s name and you will be directed to the patient’s profile.

Step 4: On patient’s profile you will see an option labelled as ‘Assign Card’ as marked in the image below, click on this option. 


A pop up will appear asking you to enter the card number for the patient, input the card number and click on the OK button.
