This article illustrates how our software automates the process of updating a patient’s credit card as it is expiring.


To start, check out how a user (patient) updates their existing credit card information.  Follow the steps below: 


Step 1: While you are on the patient portal, log in using your credentials.


Step 2: After you’ve logged in you will see an option in the left-hand side navigation menu, labeled as “Payment Management” as shown in the image below. Click on this option.


Step 3: After you have clicked, you will see the following page on your screen, displaying your current card details. To edit your card details click on the button labeled as “Edit Payment Details”. 




Step 4: Next, you will see a page where you input your new card details. After you have added the information, click on update card button to save the information. 


If your data is successfully saved you will be automatically redirected to the card details page that will display the new details.
