One of the new features that we have added in BuzzyDoc 3.0 is that you can configure the content of the email being sent to your patients. You can customize your own email templates and settings for any event from the provided list.


*Default emails have already been setup for your convenience.  But if you want you can configure the emails as per your needs.


To configure emails for different events follow the steps below:


Step 1: While you are logged into the staff portal, click on the “Settings” tab on the left sidebar navigation.

Step 2:  From the options choose “Practice”.

Step 3: From the new screen, click on “View All” for “Email Templates” option. A new page with a list of all the available email templates will appear.

Step 4:  You can customize your email templates by clicking on the “Edit” option.

Tip: Clicking on “Insert variables” will give you a list of variables which you can use in the email body like the patient’s name, username, link to the rewards site etc.

Step 5: If you have  customised any email event then save the setting by clicking on the “Submit” button.
